At DIVE ADDA, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to both our customers and our instructors. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before the class start time. This allows us to accommodate other divers and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Cancellation Charges:

More than 24 Hours Before the Session: No cancellation charges apply, and you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Between 24 Hours and 1 Hour Before the Session: A cancellation charge of 25% of the session price will be deducted from your refund.

Within 1 Hour Before the Session: A cancellation charge of 50% of the session price will be deducted from your refund.

No Show: If you fail to attend the session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed and credited within 5 - 7 business days and will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

In the case of weather-related cancellations or unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
