What is Try Scuba?
Try Scuba is an introduction to scuba diving that allows beginners to experience the underwater world with equipment training, safety briefing and guidance from an experienced diving instructor.
Do I need previous scuba diving experience?
No. Try Scuba is an introductory scuba diving experience designed for people who are trying scuba diving.
What is the minimum age for Try Scuba?
The minimum age for Try Scuba is 8 years.
How long is the scuba diving session?
Each scuba diving session lasts approximately 40 minutes per person.
How deep will I go during Try Scuba?
The maximum depth is 6–8 metres.
Is scuba diving equipment provided?
Yes. The boat and scuba diving equipment are included in the Try Scuba experience.
Will an instructor accompany me during the dive?
Yes. Your dive is accompanied by an experienced, professional diving instructor.
Will I get photos and videos of my dive?
Yes. Pictures and a video are included in the experience.
What should I bring for scuba diving?
Bring a cap, change of clothes and towel. It is also recommended to eat light before arriving.
Can I fly after scuba diving?
We recommend that you do not fly within 18–24 hours after diving.
Can I scuba dive if I have a medical condition?
Guests with major medical conditions require prior written approval from a physician.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions are unsuitable, the dive may be postponed according to guest availability. If postponement is not possible, the amount will be refunded after deducting the cost of activities already undertaken.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation 72 hours before the activity: 50% refund. Cancellation 24–48 hours before the activity: no refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Is Dive Adda SSI certified?
Yes. Dive Adda is an internationally certified dive centre, proudly affiliated with SSI (Scuba Schools International), which means our training programmes meet the highest global standards.
What courses are available?

Where does Dive Adda operate?
Our SSI certified scuba centre is in Visakhapatnam (Vizag). We also run water activities in Rajahmundry.
