Weather and sea conditions
If weather conditions are unsuitable, your activity may be postponed according to your availability. If postponement is not possible, the amount will be refunded after deducting the cost of activities already undertaken.
If you cancel
- Cancellation 72 hours before the activity: 50% refund.
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before the activity: no refund.
For any other situation, please contact us before cancelling.
